As your hosts, Pinot & Picasso is committed to providing a safe, inclusive, and creative environment. To ensure the enjoyment of all guests and to comply with local licensing laws, the following conditions apply to all entrants.
1. Alcohol & Licensing Compliance
No External Alcohol: In accordance with our premises license, no outside alcohol may be brought into the studio. All alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages must be purchased from our on-site bar.
Off-Site Consumption: All alcohol purchased or provided in drinks packages must be consumed on the premises. Taking open or sealed alcohol off-site is strictly prohibited.
Responsible Service: We operate a responsible service of alcohol policy. Our staff reserve the right to refuse service or ask a participant to leave if they appear intoxicated or behave in a manner that compromises the safety or enjoyment of others.
Age Verification: We operate a Challenge 25 policy. If you look under 25, you will be required to show a valid photo ID (Passport or UK Driving License) to purchase or consume alcohol. Underage drinking is strictly prohibited.
2. Food & Allergies
BYO Snacks: While we sell light snacks, guests are welcome to bring their own food.
Liability: Pinot & Picasso assumes no responsibility for food brought in from outside. We cannot guarantee a nut-free or allergen-free environment due to the nature of BYO food. Guests with severe allergies should remain vigilant.
3. Studio Conduct & Safety
Behaviour: We maintain a zero-tolerance policy toward violence, unruly conduct, or indecent behaviour. Offensive or abusive language toward staff, performers (including our Drag Queens), or other guests will result in immediate removal without a refund.
Instructional Integrity: To ensure everyone gets the most out of their session, please follow staff guidance and refrain from disruptive talking during painting instructions.
Illegal Substances: The use or possession of illegal substances is strictly prohibited. Any person found in possession or under the influence will be removed and reported to the authorities.
4. Liability & Property
Personal Belongings: Pinot & Picasso is not liable for loss or damage to personal items, including clothing. While we provide aprons, we recommend wearing clothes you don't mind getting a little "creative" (paint) on!
Damage to Property: Guests are responsible for any damage caused to the studio, furniture, or equipment beyond standard wear and tear. You may be held liable for repair or replacement costs.
Smoke-Free Environment: Our studios are strictly non-smoking and non-vaping. Guests stepping outside to smoke must remove their aprons before doing so.
5. Photography & Surveillance
CCTV: For the safety of our guests and staff, recorded video surveillance and silent alarms may be in operation.
Promotional Material: We love capturing the magic of our sessions! We may take photos/videos for promotional purposes. If you do not wish to be featured, please notify a staff member upon arrival.
Privacy of Others: Please respect the privacy of your fellow painters. Do not photograph or film other guests without their express permission. No photography of minors is permitted without the direct consent of their parent or guardian.
Kid’s Party Terms & Conditions
In addition to our standard House Rules, the following terms apply specifically to all children’s parties and sessions involving minors (under 18s).
1. Supervision & Parental Responsibility
Adult-to-Child Ratio: For the safety of all participants, we require a minimum of 1 supervising adult per 4 children to remain on-site for the duration of the party.
Duty of Care: While our artists provide painting instruction, the primary responsibility for the behavior and welfare of the children remains with the booking parent or designated guardians.
Bar Area: Children must remain in the designated painting/party area and are not permitted to loiter around the bar or high-traffic staff zones.
2. Arrival, Departure & Security
Drop-off/Pick-up: To ensure a smooth transition between sessions, please ensure guests arrive no earlier than 10 minutes before the start time. Parents must be punctual for collection to avoid overcrowding between sessions.
Unaccompanied Minors: Pinot & Picasso staff are not permitted to act as child-minders. No child is to be left at the studio without a designated supervising adult present in the building.
3. Food, Allergies & External Catering
Allergy Awareness: As you are welcome to bring your own snacks or birthday cake, the booking party is responsible for checking the dietary requirements and allergies of all invited guests.
Cleanliness: We provide the space for your celebration; we kindly ask that any external catering waste is disposed of in the bins provided to maintain studio hygiene.
4. Alcohol & Minors
Licensed Premises: Even during kids' parties, Pinot & Picasso remains a licensed venue.
No Alcohol for Minors: We have a zero-tolerance policy toward underage drinking.
Adult Consumption: If adults attending the party wish to purchase a drink from the bar, they must do so responsibly. We reserve the right to cease alcohol service if we feel supervision of the children is being compromised.
5. Photography & Social Media
Group Photos: We know you'll want to capture the masterpieces! However, please ensure your photography only includes children within your specific party group.
Studio Promotion: We will only take promotional photos of kids' parties with the explicit written or verbal consent of the booking parent. You have the right to opt-out at any time.
6. Damages
Art Supplies: We expect a bit of a mess—it’s an art studio! However, intentional damage to furniture, walls, or excessive misuse of modeling paste/paints by guests may result in a cleaning or repair fee charged to the booking parent.
