Welcome Discount Promotion T&Cs

Participation in the Welcome Discount Promotion is deemed acceptance of the below Terms and Conditions:

The discount will only be provided when a new subscriber enters our email database and can only be used once (1) per subscriber. It cannot be used multiple times.
Customers will get a 10% discount on public session tickets price using the code provided in their email.
To activate the discount, customers must use the provided promotional code at checkout when booking public sessions on the Pinot & Picasso website.
The discount code cannot be used on private function bookings or gift cards.
The discount code cannot be used on any in-studio purchases or redeemed at the studio bar.
The discount code cannot be used with other discount/promotion codes.
The discount will be forfeited if a ticket is cancelled or refunded.
The discount offer is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or any other form of credit.
The discount code cannot be applied retroactively to already made purchases.
Management reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate this offer at any time without prior notice.

Group Bookings Promotion T&Cs

Participation in the Group Bookings Promotion is deemed acceptance of the below Terms and Conditions:

This discount promotion is open to bookings of all ages for any public paint and sip session at Pinot & Picasso when booking for 6 or more people. This promotion is valid at all Pinot & Picasso studios across the UK.
This discount promotion is only valid for public sessions, not private functions.
The discount promotion is valid all year round with no current expiry date.
The discount promotion is not inclusive of any beverages with the ticket. It is only a discount on session tickets. The tickets for a public paint and sip session include all art materials and the artwork guidance to create your artwork.
Pinot and Picasso are responsible for all aspects and all stages of their promotions. Pinot & Picasso conducts their promotions equitably, promptly and efficiently and is seen to deal fairly and honourably with participants and potential participants. Pinot & Picasso will avoid causing unnecessary disappointment.

Birthday Club Promotion T&Cs

Participation in the Birthday Club Promotion is deemed acceptance of the below Terms and Conditions:

The Discount will only be provided when a subscriber signs up to Birthday Club via our website and provides their contact details and date of birth.
The Customer will get a 20% birthday discount code to use at any public session Pinot & Picasso UK studio, including pop-up events.
The Discount Code can only be used by customers over the age of 18.
The Discount Code will expire one (1) month after the first email mentioning the code is received by the customer.
The Discount Code cannot be used in conjunction with Pinot & Picasso gift cards.
The Discount Code is for public events only – it cannot be used in conjunction with private events, frames, or any other add-ons available.
The Discount Code cannot be used with other discount/promotion codes.
The Discount Code will only be provided via email.
The Discount Code has a maximum of 1 use, and therefore cannot be used multiple times.
The Discount may be forfeited in case of cancellation/refund of ticket(s) in the discounted order.
The Discount code cannot be applied to already made purchases.

Bottomless Special Sessions T&Cs

Participation in our Bottomless Special Sessions is deemed acceptance of the below Terms and Conditions:

All customers attending Bottomless Special Sessions must be 18 years of age or over to attend. Proof of age may be required.
The bottomless prosecco special will be valid for the 2 hour session only, with a maximum number per customer limited to 6 glasses per person.
Customers will be limited to 1 prosecco per person, per order.
The studio reserves the right to limit the size of each prosecco serving.
Prosecco will be served at the sole discretion of the studio staff.
The studio reserves the right to end the bottomless prosecco special early if deemed necessary.
Customers are accountable for consuming alcohol responsibly.
The studio encourages customers to drink water and eat food while enjoying the bottomless prosecco special.
The studio is not responsible for any actions or consequences resulting from excessive alcohol consumption.
The studio reserves the right to refuse service to anyone who appears intoxicated or unable to consume alcohol responsibly.
Customers who are refused service due to intoxication will forfeit the remaining time of the bottomless prosecco special.
The studio reserves the right to change the terms and conditions of the Bottomless Special Sessions at any time without prior notice.
General terms and conditions of the studio apply to all customers, including those participating in the Bottomless Special Sessions.

New Year 2026 Promotion T&Cs

The promotion NY2026 can be inputted at checkout to enjoy a 20% discount off public events.
Cannot be used on Private Events, Gift Cards, partnership events, add-ons or merchandise.
Not valid in combination with other offers or retrospectively applied.
Minimum spend of £100 required before processing fees.
Cancelled bookings will forfeit the discount.
Pinot & Picasso UK reserves the right to modify or withdraw the promotion at any time.

UK Christmas Giveaway 2025

The giveaway is conducted by Pinot & Picasso UK.
Entry is open to residents of the United Kingdom, aged 18 years and over.
The giveaway runs for the promotional period stated on the official Pinot & Picasso social media post. For multi‑day giveaways (e.g., “12 Days of Giveaways”), each daily prize draw will have its own entry window as stated in the corresponding post.
To enter, participants must follow the instructions listed on the giveaway post. This may include:
- Following specified accounts
- Liking the post
- Commenting on the post
- Tagging one or more users
Incomplete, ineligible, or fraudulent entries will be disqualified.
Each prize will be described in the individual giveaway post.
Prizes are not transferable, exchangeable, or redeemable for cash.
Pinot & Picasso may substitute a prize of equal or greater value if required.
Winners will be selected at random.
Winners will be contacted via direct message from an official Pinot & Picasso account and/or announced on the giveaway post.
If a winner does not respond within 48 hours, Pinot & Picasso may draw a new winner.
Prizes will be delivered either digitally or physically, depending on the prize.
Prizes may be supplied and delivered directly by Pinot & Picasso or by an approved brand partner.
